• Breakfast is not included with your reservation. However, both Solglimt Too Suites offer complete kitchens, and you'll find a small market just 5 blocks away. You can also add on a Breakfast Basket to your reservation for $35.
• The Lighthouse accommodates up to four guests; the Sands accommodates two.
• Solglimt Too is totally smoke free, including the grounds. No large parties, excessive drinking, disturbing other neighbors or tenants will be allowed. Forfeiture of rental paid and eviction will be enforced with noncompliance of this policy.
• Rental reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card at time of booking.
• We have a 2 night minimum stay on weekends from May 1 until October 31. Blues Festival weekend (August 9-12), we have a 3 night minimum stay.
• Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be made 30 days prior to stay. A $25 cancellation fee will be taken on all cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice will be charged to your credit card, unless we are able to rebook the suite.
  
  
• CHECK IN: We welcome our guests to check in from 4pm-6pm.
• CHECK OUT: Please check out by 11am.
• Solglimt Too is smoke free vacation rental. Sorry, we are unable to accomodate children or pets.
